
本设计主要是对余热利用装置的研究,主要内容包括:锅炉的现状;余热锅炉;煤矸砖隧道窑余热利用装置;余热利用装置的设计计算;锅炉的选型。工业上最早使用的是燃煤锅炉,随着全球对环保要求的逐步提高,全国各大中城市和经济发达地区为了进一步改善空气质量,给居民创造一个空气清新、环境优美的生活和工作环境,开始大力开发节能环保产品。
此次设计我主要采用了理论分析和热力计算的方法,以及利用AutoCAD绘图来完成的。近年来,随着我国节能型社会国家战略的确立,发展煤矸砖隧道窑余热利用项目越来越多,它是对煤矸砖在隧道窑中烧结产生的余热进行收集,将余热转化为蒸汽,利用余热蒸汽发展其他新兴的产业,发挥循环经济优势。它具有十分明显的节能、环保效果,使资源得到充分的利用,并可以给企业带来可观的经济效益与热力资源。

Abstract
This design is a major study of waste heat recovery devices, the main contents include: the status of the boiler; waste heat boiler; coal gangue brick tunnel kiln waste heat recovery devices; heat calculated using the design of devices ;Boiler Selection。The earliest use of boiler is Coal-fired boiler,with the increasing of the global environmental protection requirements gradually,National large and medium-sized cities and economically developed areas start the development of energy saving and environmental protection products,in order to further improve the quality of air,and create a clean air, beautiful environment to live and work.
In the design, I mainly used the method of a theoretical analysis and thermodynamic calculation ,and the use of AutoCAD drawings to be completed.In recent years, As the establishment of a China's energy-saving society’s national strategy, the development of coal gangue brick tunnel kiln in the recovery projects of waste heat is more and more,which can collect the waste heat when a brick of coal gangue is burning in the tunnel kiln sintering,and then that can change waste heat into the heat which can use to development other emerging industry, playing a cycle of economic advantage. That has a very clear energy saving, environment-friendly,and resources can will be fully utilized, the enterprise can get economic benefits enterprises and thermal resources.also.
