                    Should We Help Strangers

       In today's information and technology developed society, Give people brought many convenient and inconvenience. As regards whether we should help Strangers, there has been a heated discussion among the public in our society .some think we should help them, while  some tend to think we should not help them .i think we should do our best to help them.

First of all, some thought to help others is a virtue, As we now of the beloved police's uncle, for example, every day they are trying to help people,

Second, helping people is beneficial to build harmonious society. To achieve it, the behavior of helping Strangers in need should be advocated.

 Third, people, who are hesitant about helping Strangers ,have their own reasons. For the main reason, they worry they bring some troubles. But these are minority in the whole phenomenon, we should be reasonable and optimistic idea to help other.

 Finally, helping other can make ourselves happy, and we should spread social positive energy.

 Should Children have Cell Phones

In today's information and technology developed society, Give people brought many convenient and inconvenience. As regards whether Children  should have Cell Phones, there has been a heated discussion among the public in our society .some think Children should have have Cell Phones, while  some tend to think Children should have it .i think Children should have Cell Phones in  the contemporary era.

∙cell phone will allow parents to be able to keep in touch with their children at any time, hich make themselves feel relieved. Cell phone should not be banned for children ,as economic and technological might heighten Gradually. For example the attack on 9/11. Cell phone can make them more organize and instantly tend to information and tools ,especially if there are not enough facilities.tool like maps and calendars.

As with all technology ,there are merits and dismerits to its use .we can keep rational and reasonable attitude to sever our life , So it is with the mobile phone.i think cell phone can be used among the children ,because their advantages outweighs disadvantages .but we must Control  Effectively it in case of being addicted to cell phone for their children .
