In consideration of Chongqing Rato Power Manufacturing Corporation placing orders with us for the manufacture and supply of products, we hereby declare and undertake that the products we supply to Chongqing Rato Power Manufacturing Corporation are in conformity with the following directives:

我们承诺上述信息是准确和可靠的。我们同意完全补偿重庆润通动力制造有限公司任何因为我们违反本合规声明或不符合任何相关指引所引致的、被裁定的、和/或发生的、遭受的、或由重庆润通动力制造有限公司支付的的全部责任、损失（包括但不限于利润的损失或佣金的损失）、伤害、成本、和/或费用（包括但不限于全部法律事务成本，和/或费用，经济损失或其它利润损失，丧失商业机会，或信誉损失），我们的上述补偿不损害重庆润通动力制造有限公司因为我们违反本规定所产生的任何其它的权利，或导致重庆润通动力制造有限公司放弃其它任何权利，这些权利包括拒收不合规的产品。 We hereby declare that the above information is accurate and reliable, and we agree to indemnify Chongqing Rato Power Manufacturing Corporation. in full against all liability, loss (including, but not limited to, all loss of profit and/or loss of commission), damages, costs, and/or expenses (including, but not limited to, all legal costs and/or expenses on a full indemnity basis, economic loss or other loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill) awarded against, and/or incurred, suffered, and/or paid by Chongqing Rato Power Manufacturing Corporation. arising from, or in connection with, any breach of this Declaration of Conformity and the relevant directive(s) or regulation(s), such indemnity to be without derogation or waiver of any other right or remedy which Chongqing Rato Power Manufacturing Corporation. may be entitled to by virtue of such breach including the right to reject non-conforming products.

与本《符合声明与保证书》有关或由此产生的争议，应当通过诉讼予以解决，并由重庆润通动力制造有限公司住所地管辖。

Any disputes arising from this Delaration and Undertaking of Conformity shall be resolved through litigation,and shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of local court where Chong Rato Power Manufacturing Corporation lacates.
