1. How to keep healthy

First of all, I think we must have a good eating habit. Breakfast is necessary. It gives us energy for morning. We must also have the healthy food. Remember to eat more fruit and vegetables, but less junk food. Second, it’s necessary for us to take exercise. Exercise will keep us active and strong. What’s more, (而且) We should go to bed early and get up early. It is important for us to get about eight hours’ sleep a night. I think staying up is bad for our health. Finally, happiness is the best medicine. Don’t worry .We should keep happy. If we are worried about something, talk to our parents and teachers.

2.How to Protect our environment/earth? 怎样保护环境
we only have one earth. It’s like our mother. But now she is crying. Because our environment is becoming worse and worse. It’s our duty to protect our environment.(保护环境是我们的职责)
First, , we should make people know about the importance of protecting our earth. Second, we should save water by turning off the shower in time when we don’t need them. Third, we should ask people not to cut down the trees without plans. Instead we should plant more tress. Because forest is the lung of our earth. At last,, we mustn’t pick flowers and walk on the grass.

3. The Internet
Nowadays, Internet is becoming an important part of our lives. However, just like a coin has two sides, Internet has its advantages and disadvantages.
On the one hand, it is very useful. We can do many things on the Internet, such as finding information, sending e-mails, listening to music, watching movies, doing some shopping and so on.
