   At first, banking plays an important role in economic development。Economy in China has a very good prospect, that means banking sector will embrace a precious opurtunity. Thus I want to join in banking, to improve my self, as well as to contribute my bit in banking industry.

   其次，金融行业的国际化趋势日益显著，比如客户的国际化，金融资本. 的国际化，行业监管规则的国际化，以及人民币的国际化。 英语作为国际通用语，在金融行业国际化的进程中发挥着重要的作用。作为英语专业的学生，我相信我能学以致用。

    Secondly, as the globalization trend of financial industry goes on, such as the globalization of the clients, the capitals, the regulations and so on. English as a global language, plays a crucial role in the process of the globalization. As an English major, I believe I will have the chance to put what I learned into practice. 

   最后，我性格开朗，善于与人沟通，我认为我比较适合在银行，金融服务行业工作。所以我选择银行业。

   At last, I am outgoing, and good at communication with others. I think I am suitable to the jobs in the banks, which are of financial service.

   So, to conclude, I choose to join in banking sector.

    The bank of China leads in the international service among other commercial banks in China, both on the quantities and qualities. As an English major, I believe, working in the bank of China, I will improve myself better, and contribute more.

职业规划是什么

I‘d like to talk about  my mid-term plan.希望难能进入贵行的国际业务部。我认为作为一名英语专业学生，进入银行之后的首要任务是学习相关的业务知识法律规，通过1到2 年的学习与实践，最终能够熟练掌握相关业务技能，并且对银行业有更为全面的了解. 在随后的3到五年内，学习管理知识，培养管理能力，希望最后能胜任国际业务部门相关的管理职位。

Hopefully, I will be competent for the various jops in the international service department.

期待薪水

   I expect to be paid according to my ability，the responsibility , the difficulty and the importance of the job.I am sure you will make me a fair offer.我希望贵行根据我的能力来支付我的薪水。我希望月薪能达到5000元。以后通过业务能力的提升，为银行作出更大的贡献，获得更高的薪资。

志愿者学到什么  

   志愿者工作是一种无偿的，服务类型的工作。作为一名优秀的志愿者，首先要有一种无私的奉献精神，处处都要为服务对象着想。其次是要尽职尽责，志愿者工作都是一些细小的，具体的工作，只有具有强烈的责任心才能把志愿者工作做好。再次，在一些赛事的志愿服务工作中， 我都担任组织，管理的职务，在工作我体会到，只有在事前做好充分的计划和合理的安排，才能胜任管理和组织这样的岗位。

   Volunteering is a kind of unpaid and serving work. To be an excellent volunteer, one should be selfless and of dedication spirit, as well as thoughtful in every perspective. Secondly, volunteering has much small work, so one should be very responsible. At last, I was in charge of organizing events in some competitions. Through these experience, I learned that you have to make a good plan and reasonable arrangements at the very beginning. Only in doing so, you can succeed.Ladies and gentlemen. 

Good morning. My name is fengxiaojiao. I am a postgraduate student in guizhou university, majored in English literature. I am mainly working on cultural studies and translation studies. Besides having learned on translation theories, I also have done a lot translation covering a variety of fields, such as Science, literature, economy and finance. Due to my hard working, I was given scholarship twice. 

　　I am also very active in social activities. I once worked as a volunteer in the following events, world boxing competition, international mountain bike invitation game, and 9th national ethnic games. I was passionate, sincere and active for my job. The orgnization committees acknowledged my performance, and awarded me as Guiyang city 4 start volunteer. Meanwhile I was once an interpreter, working for France pavilion in 2nd international wine and alcoholic beverage exhibition. 

　　Besides these social experience, I have some working experience as well. Last year,I taught college english in guizhou university. I learned how to communicate with my students, colleges and leaders. By teaching Though teaching, and my working ability was improved.
