Joe was an old man. The 75-year-old lived very happily in a village and had a beautiful family. His children grew up and moved to different cities. Now, Joe has four grandchildren, and they visit him during their holidays.
During one vacation, Joe was preparing his home for the kids: cleaning and buying their favorite foods. After he finished working, he realized he lost his favorite watch. When you cough or sneeze, you’d better turn your head away from others and cover your mouth with the full part of your hand. And then, you should say, “Excuse me.”
This seems so simple, but it is surprising how many kids have never been told to do this. Actually, I notice adults all the time who cough and sneeze in public without placing a hand over the mouth. One important thing I point out to the kids is that after they sneeze or cough on their hands, they should wash their hands as soon as possible. If not, they will be passing those germs(细菌)along to everything and everyone they touch.

When people think about the victory of Chinese women’s volleyball team at the 2019 World Cup, the name that first comes to our mind is probably Lang Ping 59, one of China's greatest sports stars and coaches. She plays so fiercely that people call her “Iron Hammer (铁榔头)”. Next year we will see a new film about her amazing story.
① Born in Tianjin. Lang started playing volleyball for a local training team when she was in middle school. She trained especially hard. In 1978, she joined the national team.

Later, the team got another World Cup, two world championships and even a gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles!

In 1995, Lang became the head coach of the Chinese national team and led China to silver medals at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and the 1998 World Championships in Japan.
