1. Test Purpose

[测试目的]

The purpose of this test is to verify the machine's electrical strength on Fax Tip- Ring .

[本测试的目的是核定机器Fax 环路的抗电强度.]

2. Test Sample Size

5. Test Location and Environment Control

[测试场所和测试环境]

22±5℃ , 55±5%RH

[温度范围：22.0±5℃，湿度范围：55±5% R.H.]

6. Test Procedure

[测试步骤]

step1.Check the base function of test machine,specially define the Fax function.

[步骤1. 检查整机的功能,特别是Fax 功能的确定.]

P1step 2.Connect the machine to Extech 7440 dielectric strength tester,as P1 show.

[步骤2. 按右图P1示的接线方法将被测物和7440测试仪连接.]

step 3. Turn on the 7440 tester,press AC-W key ,enter the offset setting.Connect the 7440 Return

line to the Current H.V.line,then press Test key ，the result show the tester's own offset.

[步骤3. 7440 offset: 打开7440电源开关，按AC-W 键进入offset 设定.将7440 Return 线和H.V.线

接成环路,按Test 键测试，结果即为仪器本身的漏电流.

step 4.Set the parameter on the 7440 tester include: test Voltage,HI-Limit,LO-Limit,Ramp time,Dwell time.

[步骤4. 设定7440参数：测试电压、电流上限、 电流下限、缓升时间、测试时间.]

step 5.Press the Tset key to test.

[步骤5.按下Test 键进行测试.]

step 6. The test pass will have a "du" sound,the LCD will show Pass and the green light will turn on.If the test fail,

the red light will turn on and the alarm will on until you turn off.

[步骤6.测试通过,将会响一声短暂的“嘟”声,同时显示屏显示Pass,Test 键绿色指示灯也将会亮.如果测试失败，则红色指示灯亮起， 则红色指示灯亮起，并响起警报音直到你关闭为止.]

step7.Check test machine function again.

[步骤7.再次检查整机的功能.]

step8. Store test result pictures and record the test data.
