Teaching Goals

Make the students master the major pronunciation skills of the vowels.

Help them correct the errors when they reads words or sentences.

Teaching Contents

Pronunciation Contrast: æ—e 

Teaching Methods

Communicate , Discuss, Do practice.

Teaching Procedures

Step 1.

Greet the class as usual and have a free talk with the students.

Step 2.

Show the main teaching contents on the blackboard.

Step 3.

Teach them how to read and discriminate the difference of æ—e .

Show some examples to the students and help them to understand it better.

Step 4.

Divide the students into some groups and let them do practice one by one.

Practice what we learned today for about 10 minutes.
