 hello everyone,

 im a student from digital media class 4, grade 14. my name is li guiyuan.the content of my speech is a story about me and my hometown.

 i come from a small village in hubei province. although it is very poor, it has a unique local conditions and customs. i love my hometown, love the mountain, water, love the people here more.

 there is a reservoir in our village, named xu jiahe reservoir. it is the third largest reservoir in hubei. there are 108 islands. i like them. i spend spring, summer, autumn and winter just here.when i was a kid, i always went fishing on the river with my father. everytime we would have a good harvest. the flowers are all over the mountains and plains along the way. sometimes i couldn’t help picking some flowers.summer is very hot so when it comes, of course,we couldn’t wait for swimming in the river. when i was a child, it was my cousin who taught me to swim. since then every summer i have been swimming in the river with my friends up till now.

 shou mountain in my hometown is the highest mountain. trees on the mountain are flourishing every year. there are a lot of wild plants, too. the scenery in four seasons is very beautiful:

red maple, golden ginkgo, brown phoenix tree and green pine tree. it’s very colorful. in winter after the lake has iced up,everything seems so quiet.

 then let’s talk about myself. my elder sister and i are twins. everyone says we are quite similar. when i was a child, my sister and i went to school together and always sat at the same table. every time we would spent an hour walking on the mountain road for home.until one day, she dropped out from school. she said“our family is poor, parents can’t afford our tuition, so just let brother go on his school work. ive made up my mind and want to look for a job in wuhan.”i didn’t know if it was her honest opinion, and just knew she left school. after we’ve grown up, our parents’ health has been becoming worse. because my family condition was poor, i suffered a lot as a child with my sister. so when i was in elementary school, i can cook and wash clothes. im quite independent.

 now i come into college. i am very grateful to my sister. she has been supporting and encouraging me quietly and continuously. ill try my best, i believe in myself!

 there are many national and world class zhangzhou places of interest, such as: peace three flat temple, dongshan fengdongshi，najing tulou。

 zhangzhou also a lot of cultural celebrities; such as: lin yutang.

  i very want to use a fluent english to introduce my beautiful hometown, but my english is not so good, please forgive me.

 漳州盛产六大名果：芦柑、荔枝、香蕉、龙眼、柚子、菠萝。漳州的三大名花是什么？ 三大名花：水仙花、茶花、兰花。

 漳州有许多国家级和世界级的名胜，如：平和三平寺、东山风动石、土楼、云洞岩，漳州滨海火山国家地质公园。

 漳州也出了很多的文化名人；如：林语堂。

 漳州十大名片是什么？
