课程简介：

本课程为英汉语教学的高级阶段，旨在通过不同文体的语篇翻译所涵盖的基本技能训练，学生能够比较系统地掌握翻译的基本方法，为毕业后能够胜任翻译工作打下基础。

教学目标：

凡修完本课程者，都有能力达到：

（ 1 ）比较系统地掌握英汉语篇翻译技巧；（ 2 ）初步接触英汉翻译理论；（ 3 ）更深刻地理解并掌握英汉双语；（ 4 ）更深刻地理解英汉文化。

成绩评定标准：

书面作业10% ；出勤10% ；课堂测试10% 期末考试 70%

孙万彪著，《中级翻译教程》，上海外语教育出版社

参考书：

贾柱立著，《实用英汉翻译基础教程》，天津大学出版社。

王治奎著，《大学英汉翻译教程》，山东大学出版社。

蒋磊著，《新编实用英汉翻译教程》，北京出版社。

主要教学方法：

示范性讲授；课内操练（ 5000 字左右）；小组讨论；学生自评演示报告；教师归纳总结

第六周：讲座 3: 异化法与归化法之争

第七周：评点语篇：异化归化并用互补

第八周：讲座 4: 翻译的单位与语篇分析 ( 以 the Pleasures of Country Life 为例子 ) ；语篇练习 :Three Passions By Bertrand Russell

第九周：学生评点翻译罗素的语篇

第十周：课堂练习 (250 字 ) The keys to suceess

第十一周：小组作业展示 : 翻译的语言对比及规律；语篇 13. 读书的乐趣
