教学目标：

1.能够听、说、读、写五个序数词：1st(first), 2nd(second), 3rd(third), 4th(fourth), 5th(fifth)。

2. 能够正确运用这五个序数词编句子说话。

3. 能够问答学校各种活动及个人生日的时间。

教学重点：能够听、说、读、写五个序数词，能够运用五个序数词编写句子。

教学难点：能够把这些序数词正确运用到实际生活中。

教学过程：

Step 1, Warming up

First of all ,say hello to the students.

Then review the months by a song.

Step2 Presentation

1.We will play a game : catch the month.

When April shows, the teacher will say: It’s April now. Look at our school calendar. There are many activities in April. April is so colourful.

The first one is swimming contest.

Students read “swimming contest” after the recorder.

When is the swimming contest?

It’s on April 1st.

Let’s see some festivals.

Then students make a pair work.

Learn third 

The teacher read it , students follow. Then they read it one by one.

Yes, It’s second.

4.The first month is Jan.

The second month is Feb.

The third month is Mar.

So, April is the fourth month. 

The teacher read it ,students follow it ,then read by themselves.

1.Game:If I point to one word and read the same word , you can read after me. If I point to the word and read another one , the wrong one ,you can stand up and keep quiet?
