
针对CKE项目梯形排水土沟的施工,特编制如下施工方案,对土沟施工提出如下要求:

在路基排水施工中,对全线路基排水系统设计核查是否完备和妥善,全线土沟施工应分段划分,根据现场实际情况,确定排水方向。使项目全线的水沟、管道、桥涵组成完整的排水系统。
测量放线:测量人员根据图纸放出排水沟定位线,用石灰撒出开挖线。
土沟开挖:根据放出的开挖线,按照土沟设计尺寸开挖,保证土沟上口宽度、下口宽度及深度满足设计要求。土沟线形要求平顺,尽可能采用直线型,转弯处宜做成弧形,但转弯半径不宜过小,保证线形美观。土沟施工采用挖掘机开挖,开挖材料可根据现场情况用于护坡道施工,多余材料采用自卸汽车运走。
护坡道施工:护坡道的宽度在满足图纸设计要求的2米宽度下尽可能窄,根据现场情况将护坡平台整平,护坡平台高度不宜填筑过高,过高的段落降低平台高度保证与土沟顺接。同时护坡道施工将采用合适的填料,MCC填筑施工便道所用的材料用于护坡道施工是可以满足要求的,粒径过大的石头将采用人工进行清除。同时护坡道采用挖掘机的铲斗、履带进行整平及压实。
护坡道急流槽与土沟的连接:护坡道急流槽施工方法要求参加路基边坡急流槽施工,特别要求护坡道急流槽在混凝土垫层浇筑前必须用小型振动设备对基底进行夯实。急流槽的高程参照护坡平台高程,为防止冲刷,护坡平台与急流槽顶面、急流槽出水口与土沟连接处做好顺接。土沟靠近急流槽出水口一侧采用砂浆抹面。
总体验收:土沟开挖、护坡平台整平及平台急流槽安装完成后,由作业队统一分段进行报检验收,确保每段施工不留尾项,保证土沟尺寸、线形符合要求,护坡平台整平无杂物,平台与急流槽、急流槽与土沟之间顺接美观。验收合格后方可进行下一步工序施工。质量管理部根据验收合格的段落、技术部根据验收资料归档情况进行计量。
施工质量控制标准
施工控制质量标准根据规范说明参照JTG F80-1-2004公路工程质量检验评定标准(土建工程)第5章第5节:
