    3 将文明礼貌教育渗透于多种形式的实践中                                                                 

    幼儿的成长来源于实践活动,幼儿的思想品德、礼仪习惯是在实                                                                

    践中逐渐形成的。我们为幼儿创设条件与机会,提供时间与空间,                                                                

    组织实践与交往,充分发挥幼儿的主体性,让幼儿走出校园走向社                                                                

    会进行礼仪实践锻炼。如“世纪广场”亲子活动,在活动前,我们                                                                

    就结合孩子的不足之处,开展了一系列的礼仪学习活动(如:如何                                                                

    与人打招呼;路上会发生的事;活动时的规则等)让孩子具有一定                                                                

    的公共场合礼仪意识。为了提高幼儿礼仪教育的质量和效果,我考                                                                

    虑到通过提高家长自身礼仪素养来感染幼儿。在活动前我们反思以                                                                

    前的亲子活动家长出现的一些不良行为(如:个别家长有抢座位的                                                                

    现象;个别家长不遵守游戏规则;当幼儿出现不文明现象时家长没                                                                

    有意识到孩子行为的不妥,没有纠正幼儿的不好行为的现象等),                                                                

    针对这些情况,我们制定了亲子活动的注意事项发给每位家长,并                                                                

    在外出前,与家长进行了文明礼仪的简单宣传,鼓励家长为幼儿树                                                                

    立榜样,同时及时提醒自己的孩子。在活动中,首先在坐座位这一                                                                

    环节上,我们根据孩子的年龄特点,设计“对号入座”的环节,孩                                                                

    子自己拿号码,并带着自己的父母找到相应的座位上,在这一环节                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

    中,不仅发挥了孩子的主体性,而且数学在生活中的应用以及交往                                                                

    能力得到发展,同时,有文明的行为。在这一环节的设计中,我们                                                                

    也充分考虑到一些体弱的孩子,我们与孩子相处也两年多了,也知                                                                

    道哪些孩子要晕车,针对这样的孩子要给与照顾,让他们坐在前面,                                                                

    也激发幼儿关心同伴的情感。在活动中,我们和孩子、家长一起做                                                                

    游戏。在游戏中家长与孩子能共同遵守游戏规则,而且家长也能观                                                                

    察孩子的活动状况,适当的让一下孩子。如:在贴人游戏中,有的                                                                

    家长看见孩子的运动量大了,有些跑不动了,不管是自己的孩子还                                                                

    是他人的孩子,都能让孩子,让孩子取胜。这一点与以前相比有所                                                                

    进步。在观察家长与孩子进餐的过程以及乘车的环节中,发现在这                                                                

    种特定的环境中无人乱扔垃圾。当孩子出现不好的行为时,家长主                                                                

    动提醒孩子的意识在加强,如:冯敏婕小朋友随手将一个空瓶扔在                                                                

    地上,她的妈妈看见了及时提醒自己的孩子,并让她自己改正。我                                                                

    们还充分利用周边资源提供机会让幼儿进行行为实践。                                                                 

    4 将文明礼貌教育渗透于语言教学中                                                                 

    幼儿在园除了进行日常的活动外更少不了对于各种知识的学习,                                                                

    要让幼儿对文明礼貌的学习更加全面,我们也要将其渗透到各科的                                                                

    学习中。尤其在设计语言教育活动时,必须从知识、智能及品德三                                                                

    方面去考虑,抓住语言教育特点,深挖教材中德育因素,进行有机                                                                

    渗透。                                                                  

    礼貌是人们的道德准则,是人与人相处和交际的社会规则。礼貌                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

    包括两方面的内容:一是礼貌行为,二是礼貌语言。从一个人说话                                                                

    用词、语调口气、举止态度上,可以反映出他的道德修养、思想素                                                                

    质、文化水平等。礼貌也反映着一个民族的精神状态。因此,礼貌                                                                

    教育要从小抓起,在语言教学中渗透,教师和家长要为幼儿创造良                                                                

    好的使用礼貌用语的条件和环境,使孩子从小就会使用礼貌语言,

    我们中华民族素有“礼仪之邦”的美称,她五千年悠久的历史,不但创造了灿烂的文化,而且也形成了古老民族的传统美德。我们要想成为文质彬彬、举止大方高雅的人,那么就要从两三岁的幼儿期开始训练。从最简单的站立、坐姿、走路、说话学起,制定一些规矩,清楚什么是好的行为,什么是不好的行为,经常提醒自己该怎样做,不该怎样做。让自己在一点一滴的积累中,慢慢地领会自己在社会的角色,逐步建立良好的行为和道德情感。正所谓:树要早浇,人要小教。幼儿期正是良好行为规范养成的关键期,在此时形成的一些行为习惯,将影响到幼儿以后的学习、生活、工作等一生中的各个方面,因此我园非常重视幼儿行为规范的养成教育,在实践中探索出较为确实可行培养方法:

    3~6岁幼儿是个性品德形成的关键期,由于幼儿的可塑性很大,他们的个性品德在形成过程中会经常出现反复,所以行为规范养成教育内容应该做到系列化。我们以班级为单位,根据幼儿的特点和发展情况,制定了幼儿一日活动常规,这些常规主要由教师、保育员和孩子们共同讨论制定,因为是孩子们制定的,所以他们也更会遵守。常规规定了孩子们在一日生活、学习中应做到的,应遵守的一些规则,确定了幼儿时期在衣、食、住、行、与人交往等方面应有的文明行为和习惯的标准,如:坐要有坐姿、睡要有睡样,饭后会收拾餐具,活动结束会整理好用品等。同时,我们还制定了行为规范养成教育的方案,如按照时间制定的系列教育,有初入园时的爱集体教育;“三·八”妇女节的爱妈妈教育;“六一”儿童节的好儿童教育;“七一”的爱党教育等,并可以结合到各科教学活动中。“爱妈妈”的教育活动不仅在时间上保证了系列化,在教育内容上也保证了系列化,教育主题和教育内容相互呼应,整体配合,形成了幼儿园德育工作中的合力,不仅培养了幼儿良好品德,还能调动幼儿对教育活动的兴趣和学习的积极性。我园在开展系列化教育活动之后,家长们说:“孩子变懂事了,经常帮助我做一些家务。                                                                

    4、普及文明礼仪知识                                                                                                                                    

    俗话说:“没有规矩,不成方圆”。必备的文明礼仪知识是人们形成良好文明礼仪行为习惯的基础。人的知书达礼并不是先天而生的,而是通过后天的教育和实践获得的。目前,幼儿对该知识的认识较薄弱,要改变这种现象,要从普及文明礼仪知识入手。时过境迁,物换星移,礼仪规范也随着不断发生变化。归纳起来,无外乎有这样几个方面:在家庭生活中,表现为尊老爱幼、夫妻和睦、邻里团结;在人际交往中,表现为谦恭礼让、谅解宽容、与人为善,特别是在对外交往中,重形象、讲礼仪;在社会生活中,表现为遵守规则、维护公德,同情弱者、扶贫济困,爱护环境、善待自然。                                                                

    由于幼儿的年龄较小,他们的认知能力、理解能力较差,抽象思维还未充分发展。因此,对他们提出的要求应明确、具体、详细,提高可执行性。如:在与人交往中所表现的礼仪。和别人见面时要说声“你好”、“您好”;跟别人道别时说声“再见”;请求别人帮助时,要说“请”;得到别人关心、帮助、支持时要说“谢谢”;打扰了别人或有愧于人时说声“对不起”、“请原谅”。别人向自己道歉时应该回话“没关系”、“别客气”等。这些要求非常明确、具体,有助于小朋友的遵循。                                                                

    5、 教师树立学习榜样                                                                

    孩子具有很强的可塑性,也很容易受外界的影响。教师是幼儿直接仿效的对象,也是文明礼仪教育的主要实施者。教师的言行举止很大程度影响幼儿,因此,教师的以身作则、为人师表至关重要。著名作家冰心说过:“教师的现在,就是幼儿的将来”。一个人格高尚的                                                                                                                                    

    教师,都必须具有一种严格的自律精神,她要求学生做到的事情,自己首先应该做得到。在平时的工作和生活中,教师要树立良好的榜样。榜样的力量是无穷的!当幼儿见到老师问好时,老师也应该点头或招手向幼儿问好;当老师做错了,也敢于向幼儿道歉。这样的小节,体现出尊重幼儿,令幼儿在潜移默化中受到教育,营造良好的教育氛围。                                                                

    6、整合德育资源,形成教育合力                                                                

    (1)家校互动,形成合力。通过家访、召开家长会等形式,切实加强教师家访工作组织管理,教师要与家长多交流、多沟通,特别要重视与特殊幼儿家长联系,取得家长的支持和理解,从而充分调动家长参与学校管理、学校教育的积极性,提高家长教育孩子的水平,真正使学校家庭形成合力,有效地教育孩子。                                                                

    (2)开展社会实践活动。学校适时与文明安全小区、居委会联系,争取他们的关心和支持,挖掘校外资源对学生进行教育。如:组织幼儿开展文明礼仪小卫士、敬老扶幼、绿色环保等社会实践活动,引导幼儿走出校园,走进社区参加社会实践,在实践中孩子既能开阔视野增长见识,又能受到很好的教育和锻炼。
