
第一课时教学设计
一、教学目标:
Aim 1.通过具体而典型的情景体会现在进行时的用法;能运用句型 “What are you doing? I’m doing the dishes/….”询问别人正在做什么并作答。
Aim 2.能够听、说、读、写动词短语的ing形式:
doing the dishes,drawing pictures, cooking dinner, reading a book, answering the phone 。
Aim 3.通过说唱Let’s chant部分的歌谣巩固复习Let’s learn部分的动词短语和句子。
二、教学重点和难点:
1、教学重点:本课时需要掌握五个动词短语的ing形式,能够理解下一课时的主要句型“What are you doing?”并能用“I am doing the dishes/…”作答。
2、教学难点:动词短语ing形式的读音。
三、课前准备:
1、教师准备各种动词短语卡片、图片。
2、教师准备本课时Let’s chant, Let’s learn的录音带。
3、教师准备锅、铲、电话、碗碟等小道具。
4、教师准备本课时所需课件。
四、教学过程:
Step 1. Warm-up
T: Hello, boys and girls. This class I’ll divide you into four groups. Group 1、2、3、4.
T: Let’s warm up before class. Please follow me. Do as I do.
1.复习动词(边做动作边说)
教师说以下词并做动作:eat / drink / read / write / draw / jump / run / swim / fly. (T: Wonderful! Let’s go on.)
2.复习词组
教师说以下词组并做动作:set the table / sweep the floor / wash the clothes / do the dishes / cook the meals / clean the bedroom.
3.Sing a song:“I Can Help”.
投影出示歌词,播发课件音乐,教师做示范,师生一同演唱。
Step 2. “What are you doing?”的导入及板书。
1.T: boys and girls. Here is a basketball. Do you like basketball (做动作) Please look at me. What am I doing now? (边做打篮球的动作边解释:现在,我正在干什么?) You can ask me: What are you doing? (拿词卡边领读边板书)
2.Ask me together. (教师再次示范打篮球的动作边回答) I am playing basketball. (拿词卡“I am playing basketball.”领读、板书)
3.T: We’ll learn Unit4---“What are you doing?”in this class.
Step 3. Presentation
1. Free talk 引出 doing the dishes。
T: Hello. Can you do housework?
What can you do?
S1:....(回答)
T: Great. You are helpful.
T: Hello! What can you do at home?
S2:...(回答)
T: Good , boy / girl. You’re helpful.
...
T: Boys and girls, You are helpful. Please guess what I can do at home. Look carefully.(教师做动作,学生猜) You can use the sentence:“Can you ...?”
T: Yes. I can do the dishes. Who can write this phrase? (教师让一名学生上黑板写词组,写完后让学生稍等,然后教师边出示洗盘子课件边说:I am doing the dishes now. Please have a try.)
T: What are you doing?
S: I am doing the dishes.(板书)
(出示课件老外领读,学生反复跟读)
再次板书:I am = I’m(领读,拿盘子准备传递)
T: This time, let’s pass the plate one by one, and ask: What are you doing?(开始传盘子,全体学生一起打着节奏问:What are you doing?当教师说Stop时,拿到盘子的学生站起来边洗盘子边说:“I am doing the dishes.”)
2. Draw a picture on the blackboard and ask:Look! What am I doing?
T:Oh!I am drawing pictures。
(Show and write the sentence:What are you doing?)
Now you can ask me:What are you doing?
Ss:What are you doing?
T:I am drawing pictures。
Then do and say。
...
3. Show CAI. Do,say,listen and learn the other words。
a、 Cooking dinner and say:I am cooking dinner. Can you cooking dinner?
Ss do and T ask:What are you doing?Then practice in groups
b、总结:正在做的事情动词后要加ing。
c、 让学生试着给下面所学的动词词组加ing。Then learn them。

4. 快速反应
教师带领学生做快速反应的游戏。教师说本部分的动词短语,如:do the dishes, 让学生说出它的ing 形式:doing the dishes 。
游戏中,教师注意适时纠正学生的发音,巩固动词短语的同时纠正发音。
5. 接力问答
教师出示本部分的动词短语卡片的ing 形式,教师提问 “What are you doing?” 一个学生A看教师的卡片、做动作并回答 “I am…. ” 随后让这个学生A接着问另一个伙伴B “What are you doing?”,B根据教师手中的卡片来回答问题,回答问题后B接着问C,依次快速看卡片,做动作,回答提问。(A,B,C代表学生)
6. 说说唱唱
教师播放Let’s chant 部分的录音,学生认真倾听。
再次播放,鼓励学生跟读。
学生看书自己认读。
分小组练习说唱。
展示说唱歌谣情况。
7. 生活再现
教师给学生提供调色盘,电话,碗碟等小道具,教师问: What are you doing? 引导学生边做动作边回答:I am drawing pictures/doing the dishes/cooking dinner/answering the phone/reading a book.
Step 4. Practise
1.Listen to the tape. Listen, point and repeat.
2.Look at the blackboard and read after me.(do—doing—doing the dishes、...)
3.Play a guessing game.
一名学生从此卡中挑出一张出示给全班同学看,另一名学生背对这位同学。全班学生问他:What are you doing? 该学生边做动作边用“I’m ---ing....”来回答。全班学生根据所看到的图片内容回答Yes或No。
Step 5. Homework
1. After school, please give your friend a call in English and talk about what you are doing at home. And write it in English.
