1.Ex Works（ex factory，ex mill，eX plantation，ex warehouse，etc），即工厂交货 

2.FOR（free on rail）…（named departure Point)FOT（free on truck）…（named departure 　　Point)，即铁路交货/火车上交货；

3.Free…（named Port of shipment），即装运港港口交货；

4.FAS（free alongside ship）…（named Port of shipment），即装运港船边交货；

国际贸易术语解释通则2000

通则共包括四组即E组，F组，C组和D组，13个术语

E组，EXW 工厂交货

F组，FCA货交承运人，FAS船边交货，FOB船上交货

C组，CFR成本加运费，CIF成本,保险费加运费，CPT运费付至，CIP运费和保险费付至

D组，DAF边境交货DES目的港船上交货，DEQ目地港码头交货，DDU未完税交货，DDP完税后交货。

E组：发货

EXW EX works 工厂交货（……指定地点）

F组：主要运费未付 

FCA Free Carrier 交至承运人（……指定地点）

FAS Free Along Side 船边交货（……指定装运港）

FOB Free On Board 船上交货（……指定装运港）

C组：主要运费已付

国际商会自1936年起草第一部国际贸易术语解释通则以来，就不断定期对其进行修改以适应国际贸易的发展趋势，Incoterms2010的修改考虑了目前世界上免税区的增加，电子通讯的普遍使用以及货物运输安全性的提高，删去了Incoterms2000D组术语中的DDU，DAF， DES， DEQ，只保留了DDP，同时新增加了两种D组贸易术语，即DAT （ Delivered At Terminal ）与DAP（Delivered At Place ），以取代被删去的术语。
