一、 工程简介
本合同段路线起于福州市闽侯县祥谦互通收费站,与螺洲大桥南接线衔接,桩号K0+000,终点位于闽侯县祥谦镇辅翼村,桩号
YK2+121.732,路线长度2.1157公里。本合同段主要工程量有:主线桥长1704米,匝道总长6958米,匝道桥长2733.361米,各式桥梁
共18座,总长4437.361米, T梁1281片,其中25米1014片,20米267片。
二、 张拉控制各要素
根据设计图纸,预应力钢筋采用公称直径15.2低松弛高强度钢绞线,其抗拉强度标准值fpk=1860Mpa,Ep=1.95×105Mpa,1000h后应
力松弛率不大于2.5%。锚下控制应力为σK=0.731fpk=1360Mpa,每根钢绞线公称截面积为139mm2,即单根钢绞线张拉力为
1.04KN。则7股钢绞线束张拉控制力为1323.3KN,8股钢绞线束张拉控制力为1512.3KN。金属波纹管摩阻系数μ=0.25,偏差系数
κ=0.0015。设计采用两端张拉。

k-孔道每米局部偏差对摩擦的影响系数k=0.0015; μ-预应力筋与孔道壁的摩擦系数μ=0.25; θ-从张拉端至计算截面曲线孔道部分切线的夹角之和(rad)。P张拉力(N)=控制应力*面积(几束总和) 控制应力(Mpa)=0.731*抗拉强度标准值fpk=1860以边跨边梁1#梁为例:
1-2段:θ=0
