    为进一步推动×××农副产品加工产业发展,根据企业实际发展情况需要,×××县××食品有限公司综合利用地方杂粮(红薯种植)生产优势和解决企业家禽屠宰鸭血资源问题,拟上线一条日产6万碗即食鸭血粉丝方便食品项目。该项目前期经过公司摸索、研究和中试生产,已具备生产能力,在投资生产线建设过程中遇到用地紧张和无生产加工厂房的问题,现亟待开发区予以帮助解决。×××县××食品有限公司于2006年筹建,共在园区征用购置土地21850.41平方米,2007年投资建设生猪屠宰加工生产线、办公楼、宿舍楼、食堂和冻库,以及污水处理工程,建筑系数达75%,2009年增加建设肉鸭屠宰加工生产线,建筑系数已达100%,现已无法扩建生产厂房等设施。现急需开发

    一、项目名称:××日产6万碗即食鸭血粉丝方便食品项目 二、项目建设单位概况                                                                

    ×××县××食品有限公司是以种养殖、食品加工销售及冷链物流为一体的产业化龙头企业,现为安徽省农业产业化龙头企业。公司有两条屠宰加工生产线,年可加工肉鸭1000万只,屠宰生猪20万头。企业总资产1.1亿元,2011年企业实现销售收入1.48亿元。                                                                

    三、主要建设内容                                                                

    建设鸭血粉丝生产线2条,日产6万碗鸭血粉丝,租赁加工厂房3200平方米,其中生产车间2200平方米、原材料仓库500平方米、其它配套生产设施700平方米。                                                                

    四、项目投资估算及效益情况

    (3) 注重厂区布局的层次感与梯度感设计,达成和谐统一。

    1、 整体性:全区整体规划,避免一期、二期建设时不完善的地方,与一期、二期有协调性、维持整体感。                                                                

    2、 按功能分区,合理地确定通道宽度,厂区及各栋厂房出入口合理性,布局合理性,维持物料、成品、半成品、钢卷,及人员动线之流畅,厂区的车辆、叉车的运行畅通。                                                                

    3、 公用系统及生活机能方便及维护性:                                                                

    a、 水、电、气、通讯、网络等                                                                

    b、 刷(打卡)位置、厕所、上下班位置                                                                

    c、 交通车辆、货车、脚踏车、叉车的停放位置

    仓库改造施工申请报告                                                                                                                                

    为提高仓库管理的效率,对仓库进行规范管理。达到物尽其用、货畅其流,为酸再生、酸洗工艺段机组的正常生产运行提供保障,我公司领导协公司技术骨干对机组仓库进行核查。                                                                                                                                

    经核查现场情况,公司依据冷轧《仓库管理办法(试行)》认为酸再生机组仓库管理现存在以下几个问题:                                                                

    一、 仓库区域划分不明确,所储材料、备件堆放无序,不便于物料的收发。                                                                

    二、 现物料存放于铁粉间,正常生产之后,占地面积不够且占用通道,影响铁粉的存放以及运输。                                                                

    三、 仓库物料混合堆放,易造成损耗和资源的浪费。                                                                

    针对发现的问题,我公司提出以下酸再生机组仓库整改措施:                                                                

    1、 铁粉仓除存放产品及产品搬运工具外,一律不得存放其它物品。                                                                

    2、 除大型事故件、专用备件如各备用泵、电机等大型备件存放冷轧公司仓库外,凡存入机组的所有物料全部实行区域管理。                                                                                                                                    

    3、 在浸熔塔底间外与机组主建筑连接通道处搭建铁皮房                                                                

    安置氧气乙炔瓶等危化品工具。                                                                

    4、 三楼配电室内楼梯下空闲处制作储物架存放一般常用                                                                

    电气用机旁周转件。                                                                

    5、 压滤机楼下小间建隔离库房存放柴油、煤油。                                                                

    6、 以操作室屋顶做基础,修建铁皮房存放机械、防腐类机                                                                

    旁周转件。                                                                

    7、 泵房靠近酸罐区卷帘门平台处设立临时储物区以及废                                                                

    料存放处。                                                                

    8、 实行物料收发管理,严格遵循《设备备件验收、储存、                                                                

    交付管理程序》。
