一、数据输入
将“安全级”改置为“中”。然后关闭文件重新打开即可。

1、GR&R 测试按要求取得实测数据后,需交文员或技术员将数据输入至GaugeR&R 电子表格计算Total Gauge GR&R 百分率。
2、在“\\\\QA-FILESRV\\Quality\\QM\\测量报告\\●GR&R REPORT”文件夹下将“DMM00210-EN-V4.0 GaugeR&R(Nokia)空白模板”另存或复制到相应的文件夹下,重新命名。命名规则(按PERLOS 要求):项目名称—产品名称—测量仪器编号—夹具编号—8位年月日。
7、完成上述操作后,将各操作员实际测量的数据输入表格相应位置 。 使用复制时注意,粘贴要用选择性粘贴,只粘贴“数据”。
作表填上“尺寸规格的资料”。
8、最后检查数据输入无误后,保存退出即完成数据输入工作。
否则,自动生成的图表可能会出现错误。
6、如果同一图纸进行GR&R 测试的尺寸超过一个,在完成上述操作后,点击“ ”按钮会自动生成新的工作表,工作表中已包含“公司及产品的基本信息”。重命名各工作表名称,然后分别在各工 4、在表格的下列空白处输入“公司及产品的基本资料”。
5、使用下拉箭头选择GR&R 测试的操作人数、样本数及每个操作员的测量次数(见上右图所示)。
