缺少一个样件

印度样件试装时发现1N21-F103A98-AA与1N21-F103A99-AA的数量不匹配。实际上样件中只有103A99,无103A98.

1、福特STA与爱嘉公司共同讨论问题出现原因，重新分析图纸，（2002/1/16），理解两个件号的区别。

2、立即补齐缺少的样件。

图纸标识不清,造成误解图纸，将1N21-F103A99-AA的两部分理解为1N21-F103A98与1N21-F103A99两个件号。

由嘉公司在2002/1/16生产1N21-F103A98与1N21-F103A99各20件，

由长安福特在2002/1/17将样件带到印度试装。

在每一次双方提供的资料中，成立分析小组，验证资料的适用性与可执行性，避免造成对双方提供的资料的误解。

The deadener sheets number was not enough for CP(I),The defect parts are IN21-F103A98-AA and IN21-F103A99-AA. In fact, there is only 103A99,but isn’t 103A98.

The reason has been discussed between STA and ANDY. We studied the drawing in Jan 16th ,and we understand the difference between 103A98 and 103A99.

We decided to product the parts at once.

    It hasn’t been indicated clearly in the drawing. And the drawing was mistaken. We thought that the two portions of 1N21-F103A99-AA  expressed the two parts of 1N21-F103A99-AA and 1N21-F103A98-AA.

Andy has produced 20 pieces for each of 1N21-F103A99-AA and 1N21-F103A98-AA in Jan 16th .

They has been taken to India by Brian Carrington 

in Jan 17th .

The team should be build up for studying the data which  was offered by Ford and Andy. 

And the team should insure  the data is applicable and executable.

If do it ,it will  avoid to mistake data.
