Should We Help Them?

With economy developing, the world can be divided into two parts, one is developed country, the other is developing country, when the developing countries happen something, and they need help. Whether we give them aid or not, there exist two views.

Many people think that countries have a moral obligation to help each other, think that countries have a moral obligation to help each other, firstly. No one can correctly predict what will happen tomorrow, so any country may be in trouble. One day, if they help these countries who need help, they’ll gain more aids. Secondly, as a person, we have a moral obligation to help others, so does the country.

While others argue that the aid money is misspent by the governments that receive it, this way doesn’t attain the country’s people. On the one hard, official attain the country’s people. On the one hard, offical attain the country’s people. On the one hard, official and people will attack contradicton. On the other hard, they rely on the international aid without developing. They rely on the international aid without develping. So international did should not be given to the poor countries in the world.

As far as I am concerned, everything has two parts, we should insist on giving help to the poor country, except for money, the technology is important for them.
