对厂内的去应力退火作业作出规定,并指导热处理操作工正确的执行去应力热处理工艺。Regulate on stress relieving operation within company and instruct heat treatment operator to correctly perform stress relieving heat treatment procedure.
2适用范围applicable range
适用于我公司产品在焊后或缩径或弯后进行的所有去应力热处理。
It applies to all stress relieving heat treatment performed after welding, shrinking or bending.
3去应力退火热处理工艺stress relieving heat treatment procedure
退火热处理规范的制订应根据合同要求的制造规范及技术规范要求进行。HLHI主要应用规范有ASME SECTION I,METI 标准,中国规范等。结合各种规范后本厂的要求见下表;
The stipulation of annealing heat treatment specification shall be according to contract required fabrication and technical specification. HLHI main applied code and standards are ASME SECTION I,METI standard, GB standard etc. our company’s requirements are that of combination of various standards.

b) “t”是指ASME,SECI,PW39规定的公称厚度(Normal Thick)
“t” refers to ASME,SECI,PW39 regulated nominal thickness.
c) “T” 是指两个被连接件的厚度,哪个厚取哪个。(ASME和中国规范)。
“T” refers to the thicknesses of two connected piece, whichever is thickness. (ASME and GB standards).
d) “T” 是指在同一炉中的热处理工件中的最厚的工件。(METI CODE)
“T” refers to the thickest work piece to be heat treated in the same furnace. (METI CODE)
e)温度起控点为300ºC。(中国规范和METI CODE)
Temperature controlling starting point is 300ºC (GB standard and METI CODE)
4常用热处理设备frequently used heat treatment equipment
4.1台车炉:适用于汽包、联箱、管排等工件整体热处理。
Trolley furnace: applicable to steam drum, header, bank etc. work piece whole heat treatment.
4.2蚌式炉;适用于带联箱的管排、管子等部件的局部热处理。热处理能力:φ1.6×4M
Mussel-type furnace: applicable to local heat treatment of bank with header, pipe etc. components. Heat treatment capacity: φ1.6×4M
5热电偶的数量和布置thermal couple quantity and arrangement
5.1台车炉trolley furnace
5.1.1每炉至少应有12个热电偶,其中6个记录热电偶和6个控制热电偶,应分别位于炉膛前、中、后部的工件上,而且控制热电偶尽可能分布在靠近喷火口的位置上。There shall be at least 12 thermal couples in each furnace, including 6 for recording and 6 for controlling; they shall be separately located work piece at the front, middle, and rear part of furnace. And controlling thermal couples shall be as possible distributed the location near fire mouth.
5.1.2如果是层状堆放的水冷壁或蛇形管,热电偶应位于最下层工件的顶部和从上数第二层工件的顶部,并且距外侧(炉膛前后方向)应有400mm的距离。If it is casing or coil stacked in layers, thermal couple shall be located on the top of lowest layer work piece and on the top of the second highest layer, and there shall be 400mm distance from furnace front and rear direction.
5.1.3批量工件热处理时,不必要求每个工件都联接热电偶,但规格不同的工件一定要联接热电偶。For heat treatment of batch work pieces, it is not required that each work piece shall be connected with thermal couple, however, work piece of different specification must be connect with thermal couple.
5.2蚌式炉Mussel-type furnace
5.2.1每个加热区至少要分布一个记录热电偶和一个控制热电偶,当带管排的联箱热处理时,控制热电偶应连接到邻近焊缝的管子上,记录热电偶应联接到邻近焊缝的联箱上。At least one recording thermal couple and one controlling thermal couple shall be distributed at each heating area, if bank with header being heat treated, controlling thermal couple shall be connected to pipe near weld seam and recording thermal couple shall be connected to header near weld seam.
6热电偶的联接方式thermal couple connection type
6.1热电偶应是被标定合格的镍铬-镍硅热电偶(或其他被技术部门指定使用的热电偶)。Thermal couple shall be qualified Ni-Cr and Ni-Si thermal couple (or other type of thermal couple designated by other technical department)
6.2热电偶可用热电偶自动点焊机直接联接在工件上,或用氩弧焊采用合适的工艺焊在工件上。Thermal couple can be directly tack welded to work piece by thermal couple auto tack welding machine, or by argon arc welding with applicable procedure to be welded to work piece.
7热处理中材料的防护material protection during heat treatment
7.1对合同技术规范或工艺要求有明确要求在热处理时防止高温氧化的材料的应采取加碳的方式进行。加入碳的量为每立方米空间不少于1.5Kg,加碳后应将管或联箱用保温棉等进行密封。For material that shall be protected against high temperature oxidation during heat treatment clearly required by contract technical specification or procedure, shall be heat treatment with carbon added. The quantity of carbon added shall be not less than 1.5kg per each m3 space, after adding carbon, pipe or header shall be sealed with heat insulating cotton etc.
8责任人/人员资格responsible/personnel qualification
8.1工程部需将工艺要求中热处理前的检查设为停点, 由QC检查员清理完检查点后, 帖附绿牌后方可放行进行下一步的热处理。Engineering department shall set the inspection before heat treatment in the procedure as a holding point, after QC inspector have checked and added green card, and then next step of heat treatment can begin.
8.2必须由有资格的热处理工进行热处理。Heat treatment must be done by qualified heat treatment operator.
热处理工应依据热处理工艺卡严格执行热处理。每一炉热处理前应由热处理工根据本规范画好热电偶布置草图并做好热处理记录,热处理后所有记录交QC保存;在热处理过程中如发生意外应及时与焊接工程师联系。Heat Heat treatment operator shall perform heat treatment strictly according to heat treatment process card, before each heat, the operator shall draw thermal couple arrangement drawing sketch and do the heat treatment records, after heat treatment, all records shall be submitted to QC for keeping. If accident happens during heat treatment, then contact welding engineer in time.
8.3QC检查员检验热处理记录是否符合热处理工艺的要求。
QC inspector shall check if heat treatment records conform to heat treatment procedure requirement.
