Washing our hands is the most important step in preventing the spread of diseases. 

But do you know how to wash your hands properly? First, water your hands with running water. Then use a soap to help you wash better. Next wash your whole hands completely including your palms, fingers, wrist and the back of your hands. Finally wash all soap off yours hands.

In my opinion, in order to fight against the H1N1 Flu, everybody must wash his hands more often. From now on, I should wash my hands more often, especially before meals and after coming back from public places.(102个单词)

 Born in 1960, Wang Yifu is a male Chinese pistol shooter, one of the most successful sport shooters of all times. He specializes in the 50 meter Pistol and 10 meter Air Pistol events.

Wang won his first Olympic medal in the Los Angeles games at the age of 23. He won the 1992 gold medal in Barcelona only days after a new medal in the 50 meter event. In 1996,in Atlanta Wang lost the gold medal by the closest possible, 0.1 points. In Sydney, in 2000, both Wang and Franck Dumoulin from France scored 590 points and got prepared for a new Olympic record. Wang lost by two points in the final. In the 2004 competition, Wang scored 590 once more, but lost the Olympic record to Mikhail Nestruev from Russia who achieved 591. However, the Chinese managed to erase the small gap and eventually won by 0.2 points to get his second Olympic gold in Athens.
