
针对电动汽车充电器功率大的特点从2KW~6KW之间电流比较大的特点,由于需要大容量滤波电容的存在所以需要在上电瞬间对电容充电的浪涌电流进行抑制,市场上传统的热敏电阻功率比较小最大的稳态电流一般不超过10A,无法满足大功率电动汽车充电器的要求,很多公司采用N个NTC热敏电阻并联方式解决功率不够的问题。单并联NTC热敏电阻有几个明显的弊端无法解决:
1:并联后的NTC热敏电阻总的冷态阻值变小比如2个5D25并联后阻值可能只有2欧电流也只有16A但这不是主要的问题
2:因为功率型NTC热敏电阻阻值20%的阻值误差和B值也有误差,导致在实际使用中匹配不均衡的问题,比如2只5D25并联可能一只阻值是4欧另一只是6欧,这样会导致电流首先选择4欧的热敏电阻流过,从而导致4欧的5D25的发热量比6欧的5D25发热量大,进而4欧的5D25的电阻就越小,在这样的正反馈下很快阻值小的NTC热敏电阻会首先损坏,当一个热敏电阻损坏后,另一个热敏电阻也会很快进入饱和状态从而损坏。
