I like a lot of foods, like rice, noodles, dumplings, porridge and so on. But my favourite food is dumplings. Dumplings look like white boats. It is made from pie of meat, different vegetables that covers the whole pie. I like dumplings not only because of its delicious taste but also because of its meaning of families get together during Spring Festival. Dumplings also have many kinds of stuffing inside, we eat dumplings with  soy sauce and the vinegar .In my opinion , dumplings is my  favourite  food.

我喜欢很多食物，像米饭，面条，饺子，粥等等。但是我最喜爱的是饺子。它是由从肉馅饼,不同的蔬菜,覆盖整个馅饼. 饺子看起来像白色的船。喜欢饺子不仅是因为它的美味,还因为它的春节期间家人聚在一起的意义。饺子也有修多种馅在里面，中国人配着酱油和醋吃饺子

According to experts, it is very important to have a healthy diet, When I was very small, my mother kept telling me that having a healthy diet is more important than anything. Every morning, I always have a piece of bread, a bowl of porridge and a boiled egg. Every noon when it is time for lunch ,I usually have meat as well as vegetables of course a bowl of rice can't be forgotten. In the evening, a bowl of soup before dinner is common for me. I also have different kinds of fruits such as apples and oranges. Now I am proud of my healthy diet, and I hope I can keep this diet forever.

My family and I usually go for a picnic at weekends. We usually have lunch in Century Park. We go there by car. We often buy some bread, some sandwiches and much fruit, such as apples, oranges and strawberries. We also buy some soft drinks. We usually go there at ten. Then we fly kites or walk. At twelve o’clock we have lunch. After that we play games and talk with each other. We usually go home at three in the afternoon. We enjoy ourselves. Picnics are fun.
